Company profile and history 1999-2011

Xenonkungen is a trademark registered by Hannus & Co Teknik AB. Our business was established in 1999 with an alarm and security webshop. 2002 we start to sell HID kits and so 2008 we end the security branch to put all effort on auto lighting.

Xenonkungen is well known in Sweden and have the reputation to be the leading supplier of xenon kits in Scandinavia. In early 2002 our company founder wanted xenon lights for his car but the costs for original afterfitting gave a second thought. Hence he tracked and found a supplier of HID conversion kits in Finland and became their reseller. In Autumn 2002 we start to import kits from South Korea.

Today we mainly import from mainland China but also from Taiwan, South Korea and Europe. We visit anually exhibitions and suppliers in Far East and Germany. We distribute via own internet webshops and approximately 500 retailers and workshops.

Hannus & Co Teknik AB is a family owned trading company with 5-7 staff members. We have trust in the future and supervise the market for new items to offer our customers. Now we are near to 1000 items in our assortment.

During 2009 we succeed to close deals with major Auto accessory chain stores and expanded the assortment with products for the professional 24V market. Late in 2010 we did set up www.ledison.se to cover the market of LED lighting for household and public use.

In November 2009 we moved to larger facilities (460sqm) at Energigatan 17H in Kungsbacka. Our vision is to become a major supplier of Auto lighting in the Nordic countries within the next 5 years.

AA ranked financial status. Member of the Swedish Distance Sellers (SDh). Certified e-trade webshop. Secure online payments. Member of Swedish Federation of Business Owners.

Financial

Since 2004 we have increased 25% in sales, for each year. Turnover 2010 was 19MSEK (>2MEUR) VAT excluded. We therefore target 24MSEK for the present year. Our financial status is solid and hence we can be a longterm supplier and partner.
